Product Introduction:
This kit uses a centrifugal adsorption column that specifically binds to DNA and a unique buffer system to extract plant genomic DNA. The silica matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column is a novel material proprietary to our company, capable of efficiently and specifically adsorbing DNA while maximally removing impurities, proteins, and other organic compounds from cells. The extracted genomic DNA fragments are large, highly pure, and of stable and reliable quality. Plant genomic DNA extracted using this kit can be used for various routine operations, including enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern hybridization, and other experiments
