Introduction :
Plasmid Extraction Mini Kit is designed to lysis the cell by alkali pyrolysis, then to specifically adsorb DNA using a centrifugal adsorption column in the state of high-salt. The silica matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption columns adsorbs DNA efficiently and specifically, maximizing the removal of impurity proteins and other organic compounds from the cell. Acquired plasmid DNA using our kit is available for a broad range of routine operation, including enzyme-cut, PCR, sequencing, linking and transformation.
Add anhydrous ethanol to the Washing Buffer before use, please refer to the label on the bottle for the volume to be added (60mL anhydrous ethanol should be added separately). Add RNase A to Solution I before use (add all RNase A provided in the kit), mix well, and store at 2-8℃. All centrifugation steps are performed at room temperature using a bench-top centrifuge unless otherwise indicated.
