Introduction:
The 100 bp DNA Ladder has a number of proprietary plasmids which are digested to completion with appropriate restriction, suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. 100bp ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1500 base pairs. The ladder consists of 11 linear double-stranded fragments. The 500bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification.
Usage:
Used as a DNA molecular size marker in gel electrophoresis.
